Tammy has been supportive and has listened to my needs. I have been using a stoma pouch which I felt I had to put up with but Tammy was able to pick a pouch that feels excellent and suitable for me. I feel a little bit better that I can improve my life. Thank you for your help

Nurse Tammy Temple immediately made me feel at ease when we met for the first time for my NAMS stoma care consultation by videolink. Her manner inspired confidence in her professional expertise and personal integrity. She was interested in me as a whole person as well as as a patient, recording relevant comments from me in addition to her own observations of the specific medical procedure. Of importance technologically, Nurse Tammy Temple's emailed and videoed instructions were clear and easy to follow, crucial for patients not familiar with digital access to healthcare.

Tammy came and greeted me while I was sat in the waiting room, this was my first time in coming here and I was a bit nervous, Tammy made conversation straight away which really put me at ease, Tammy is a credit to the NHS and makes you realise just how good all nurses and NHS staff are, there wouldn’t be anything that could have made my experience any better than it went today, thank you all so much.
